Specialised in Delco Moraine III ABS brake master
Today, (almost) all units show bad and slow braking, and/or the pedal is "pushing back".
After repair and replacement of wear-sensitive parts (gaskets, rubber parts, back up rings, piston,...), a pinpointed internal cleaning and adding a better guiding system (with 3D printed parts), the Delco Moraine III ABS offers immediate, good progressive and powerful braking, and needs a much lower pedal force (like today's cars), with still complete functionality of the ABS. The system is again a high performance, high end product, with excellent feel (no cushioning by air/vacuum, but direct feel pad-brakedisc).

Delco Moraine III ABS brake master
Price repair/upgrade: 1195 EUR (only available for B and NL registered cars, until final tests 2024)
Price is exclusive dismounting/mounting. It is an exchange unit, so you need to turn in your system. If you prefer, and if you have some days extra, we can repair/upgrade your own system.
Comes with necessary additive. The additive is only needed once. Even after later change of the brake fluid, there is no need/it is not recommended to re-apply.

Replacement, bleeding, testing, commissioning, approval, compatibility with local legislation,... is the responsibility of the mechanic and/or customer. No responsibility taken whatsoever.
Replacement High Pressure Switch
The original switch is no longer available. This set (HP switch, adapter and gaskets) is a form-fit-function replacement. (It switches off at a 5% lower pressure, but performance and feel are the same).
There are also Lotus dealers with good alternatives.

Repair of pump, accumulator, and/or high pressure switch.

Replacement High Pressure pump: fits to Delco Moraine Powermaster III ABS
Fits in exactly the same place as the original Delco Moraine Pump assembly
Tested and cleaned, supplied with interconnection high pressure hose and mounting plate. Is noisier than the Delco Moraine pump.
Not available anymore: This pump assembly is available from other suppliers (from P150)
EBCM (Electronic Brake Control Module) for Delco Moraine III ABS
2nd hand, exchange unit, tested.

Mounting of repaired Delco Moraine Powermaster
Price: on request (Repaired Master not included ) time needed: typical 2-3 hrs
Including test of the actual system, dismount, mounting, bleeding, testing.
Note: Not that difficult to do yourself, but you need to have the right tools. Only if you have difficulties with a pedal pushing back, you need to come over for adjustments and bleeding.
