Prices are inclusive VAT and ex works. 

All invoices are payable by cash or debit. We do not take bank charges, transfer costs or exchange costs on us.

All studies, plans, documents, sketches, drawings, samples, designs and specific working methods shall remain the property of AKLA.

For custom orders, it is up to the client to check for any infringements on the use of intellectual property of other parties. In case of infringements, AKLA is not responsible in any way.

All our quotations are without any obligation.

Order confirmations and delivery times are based on the best available information, but are not binding, unless other written arrangements.

Due to the nature of our products (prototypes, pre-series, small production runs, ...), all products and services are sold without any warranty and we do not take any liability. 

In case of a dispute, we will talk and try to find a solution, respecting both parties. If no solution is agreed upon within 14 days, AKLA's last proposal will be applied automatically. In case of a refund, we will refund within 7 days.

We do not accept returns. We did exchange units (in case of damage, non-conformity,...), but this cannot be considered a guarantee or an acquired right -for even similar cases- in the future. 

In case of late payment: interest (2024) is 12%/yr, first reminder is 25 EUR, 2nd reminder (registered letter) is 70 EUR , excl all other legal cost.

Small business subject to tax exemption scheme.

All our contracts/arrangements/agreements are governed by Belgian law.
